Azure SRE Agent is Microsoft's entry into the AI SRE category, moving from preview into general availability in 2026. It acts as an always-on operations teammate attached to your Azure resources: when something degrades, the agent pulls telemetry, correlates signals across services, forms a hypothesis about the root cause, and proposes remediation.
