What Kloudfuse does

Kloudfuse is a unified observability platform — metrics, logs, traces — built on Apache Pinot and Apache Kafka. Its defining characteristic is the deployment model: self-SaaS. Instead of sending your observability data to a vendor's cloud, you run Kloudfuse in your own AWS, GCP, or Azure account. The vendor manages the software; you own the data.

This matters for organizations with data residency requirements, regulated industries, or simply teams that are uncomfortable with how much operational data leaves their environment with traditional SaaS observability tools.

AI and ML capabilities

Kloudfuse version 3.5 (December 2025) added an AI observability module for monitoring AI workloads — tracking model performance, inference latency, and drift alongside traditional infrastructure metrics. The platform includes ML-based anomaly detection and forecasting, which surfaces issues before they become incidents.

Compliance

Kloudfuse holds FIPS 140-2 and FIPS 140-3 validation, making it one of the few observability platforms that can be deployed in government and defense environments. Customers include Zscaler, GE Healthcare, and Automation Anywhere.

Pricing

Enterprise pricing via sales. Kloudfuse claims 60-80% cost savings compared to Datadog or New Relic at equivalent scale, primarily because the self-SaaS model avoids per-GB data ingestion charges.
